Weekend croaking
There is enough gloom outside my window to delight the heart of Poe's raven. I'm going to go on to the artificial paradise via Baudelaire, next. But not in this post, where I will simply suggest that everybody watch Les Rita Mitsouko videos, like this one. Even Poe's raven liked it - croaking, ever more, cheri!

Amie
Amie, I loved that! But was that just a godard one off? What was that made for?
LI, as you go on with your Baudelaire posts, here is a Les Rita Mitsouko song for the route.

Amie
I should have known that you would be the go to person for LRM, Amie! Catherine Ringer is almost my ideal - a dancer, a singer, a free spirit. She is like a Bolano character - and I myself strive, in every way, to be like a Bolano character.
Although I'm moving on to the Artificial Paradise, I'm also going to Atlanta for two weeks, so this space will be more free form-like for a while.
I've liked splitting up the things I write between NFTZ and LI, because it has made LI more useful to me - as a writer - but I worry that it makes LI less fun, for the reader. And I get few readers at NFTZ, cause I've done a lousy job of promoting it. As the end of the year approaches, I go into self assess mode, and in that mode I have to say: LI has become more solid, but less fun for the reader. I should do something about that.
Maybe I just should put in more links to Les Rita Mitsouko!
