In Peter Ackroyd's London, he writes that the non-Londoner is traditionally struck by the fact that Londoners use the word fuck for everything, and in every place. It's an urban thing - and that is what I am doing around here, goddamnit!Roger Gathmannhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11257400843748041639noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3077210.post-63289883049545515382009-10-01T01:45:13.750+02:002009-10-01T01:45:13.750+02:00Hello, just a long time lurker at the blog stoppin...Hello, just a long time lurker at the blog stopping by to congratulate you on the depth of inquiry and erudition on display in this blog. It's like Finnagains Wake in scope and polyphonic density but more coherent.
Reading your blog is like a good work by Calasso, except with more profanity and colorful invective.

Best Regards, from Red MaistreRed Maistrehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06088890676607444091noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3077210.post-29788791596916705762009-09-30T23:52:10.422+02:002009-09-30T23:52:10.422+02:00I suspected. Ten families with an income from wages of five shillings equals a funds for consumption of 50 shillings. Fifteen families with an income from wages of four shillings equals a funds for consumption of 60 shillings. Wages drop 25%, consumption increases 20%. The trick is forcing more people into wage labor, say women and children, for example.

Chuckie KAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3077210.post-79348963817796988292009-09-30T05:41:34.151+02:002009-09-30T05:41:34.151+02:00I think they are doing the aggregate thing. Or some other?

Chuckie KAnonymousnoreply@blogger.com
